They aren't suing the investors anyway so will be looking to get the costs of the deal back.
That they may get, and this news shows that they have legal grounds to proceed.

And the whole worrying about the stock price thing, look at the support it created today and what it bounced back to.
I'd still be happy if it closed lower, but i'm ok if someone has accumulated a position on the drop and they closed it here or above too.
