These four must be well established investors. Otherwise, they would not have started the deal for $25 million in the first place. Today's decision will ruin their business life unless a settlement is reached. In my view, they will pay a large part of the fine, but will ask the company to consider giving some equity in exchange. Still a not bad outcome for the company at all. Interesting few weeks ahead. I expect at least 4 cents by Christmas.
