An interesting few weeks coming. The 14 days for two of the investors has passed and the 14 days for the third investor, Tanzil Hidyat, is due on Thursday 15 February. After this date Xstate can take enforcement measures, if necessary, to receive the funds.

The investors have spent the last year ducking and weaving and playing their games, breaking promise after promise to pay the funds.
