no money was ever paid to xstate, and absolutely no money was ever returned to any of the investors
all 4 defaulted, all 4 named in the WA supreme court complaint, and enforcement is only being taken against 3 of them in singapore, the indonesian judiciary does not accept australian court orders, so no hope of any recovery in that jurisdiction.
