This is a long process...imo... first they must identify assets irrefutably owned by the person.... perhaps not so easy in Asia...imo...then issue a Writ of Sale via the courts.... takes time,,, much time... but certainly does 'tighten the noose'... the wheels of justice turn slowly.... I fully expect a counter punch from the defendants... but such action has not been their MO... so far... GL
