I was never arguing the merits of the case, I was merely suggesting as an individual your ability to transfer your assets out of your name is surprisingly easy. When you look at it from that point its quite easy to be pessimistic about the outcome.
This is just my view point obviously but it is not an unrealistic one.
I have seen it done first hand in Australia so from my chair 10% recovery would be a pretty damn good result. With any luck this would keep them out of cr territory and Dempsey could stimulate in that time period with an acceptable outcome.
Who knows though agent who knows I like your optimism though.
