I am really fascinated by this, having dealt with uber wealthy Asian investors many times ..... I can only speculate that they were waiting for the jurisdiction shunt to Singapore to play their defense cards... on their patch........ often guys like this prefer to spend $30m on legals than pay out... just the way they roll,,,,, but who knows.... I am also surprised Sanston has not been joined or counter sued,,, but perhaps these dealings may be going on in the background?

No 'instant cash' here I'm afraid.... the market is saying as much...imo ... but I hope someone is held to account as this has implications for all asx co's that raise from foreign persons or entities...imo
Quarterly due next week,,, will be interesting the cash position - may be worth a go in next CR?? Will need to raise plenty for Alvarez.... but that could be still a year away....imo
Happy with my choice of 3 bagger PCL as a vehicle for this play for now.
