it doesnt seem practical that three individuals will allow all three to become bankrupt.
there would be more than enough assets/cash/shares/ investments/ property in their hands to cover this. multiple times over imho
but allowing this to go this far puts xstate in an extremely powerful position with respect to really not needing to do a deal, its fait accompli
