android, this is not a case of breaking any law, just a straight civil claim for damages
so that case was presented and won without appeal in the WA jurisdiction, and we have reciprocating laws with Singapore that once acknowledged by the court, allow for the full use of their laws for enforcement/recovery
how long before this can happen? bankruptcy procedures can be initiated immediately for instance
what you need to consider is, most people settle long before this scenario plays out, the longer you hold out the larger the loss usually, as xstate cannot just settle for a small amount, it has a duty to the shareholders to get the maximum return to them, thats the company charter. so i imagine the company has little option than enforcing this to the last on all the respondents
