I think they have not pursued the Indo investor because there is not a reciprocal agreement or its more difficult to enforce than in Singers.
Well done to Cosimo, personally I expect a settlement in the next 14 days, these characters won't want to have to front up in court I would imagine.
I would imagine the contractors who serve papers in Singapore will go hard to get their mark!
