so i assume that means the 4th guy doesn't need to pay up if he was always willing,so the 34 mil is divided between the other three, i also assume the 4th guy wasn't paying till the other three did because the deal wouldn't go through with out the money from the full 4, well mr market is struggling to factor any payment in yet or we'd be in the 2 to 3's by now, and if i read it right once the full three have been served (only two yet)then XST has 14 days to enter judgement interesting times.
