So a charitable association, which was only formed in February this year, wants to tie up the building of a casino in Court through speculative litigation?

Hopefully one of the first orders sought by CWN and the other respondents is security for costs and start deposing the REAL applicants (some residents in Walsh Bay etc. who are hiding behind an association to avoid personal liability for an adverse costs order if their case fails) to see what assets sit behind this charity and if they are prepared to put up proper money to fight the case.
