In terms of the project as a whole I'd look into Yabulu, what worked what didnt work, the direct nickel process and the major advantages it has over the caron process. I'd look into the co-products that can be made and their respective markets. Not much has been mentioned by the company about co-products as they seem to be focusing on nickel sulphate and cobalt sulphate at the moment. The opportunity to make a sensible level of HPA (sells at 25000 USD a tonne for 4n, MgO (which we will be making anyway as it is used throughout the process), Iron/Pig Iron/haematite etc
We have a massive advantage in that the DNi/CSIRO lab sits idle in Waterford, Perth WA and can spit out samples without having to fund and build a pilot plant.
