personally I think it is a great project and Townsville needs it. I'm sure there will be a few that bought the shell for a trade that will need to be cleaned out before it gets going. I have it on good authority that the top 20 support the project which makes sense given that they would have likely been involved by the board when discussing the acquisition. Yes there will be a need for capital in the future to get it out of the ground but I'd imagine it will get investor support from NQ residents and there are plenty of options available such as NQ government fund or debt to raise money, doesn't all need to be from equity raise.
