Yabulu is a dinosaur. They wont get that up and running. Uses the Caron process and to refurbish it will basically cost the same or more as constructing a new plant. Yabulu didnt make sulphate either. Which fetches a much higher price.
$300m isnt that much money. I'm sure they can get NAIF funding given the support for the project in NQ
