See previous Ann re improvements. It seems this Ann is saying that there are no more surprises, US Navy likes the results.... possibly the last Ann is overstated (hopefully) and readjustment of costs will follow.
With immigration not really being a success in solving the world's current issues and increased piracy worldwide I think we can expect greater need for security upgrades worldwide. Austel isn't going to decrease business any time soon; and anything the US Navy approves has a good marketing position for friendlies.
