Escalation in SCS has slowed as ASEAN countries do no want to involve in the dispute as China and Russia are exercising their military activities. The US is losing power without supports.
Steady as he goes as ASB. Plenty of time to set and forget until Chinese acquires this stock because of strong "interest" in LCS4 showcase.
ASB doesn't need to worry about fussy Navy that had sinked its balance sheet.
