It would be a different MO for them IMO but if they found a milking cow why wouldn't they milk it and get some capital gain as well. Not known as builders but as deconstructors but ya never know the timing and so much depends on what was already in train and if the baby ( recent business plan) gets tossed with the bathwater or if it works.
