You do realise that Nicks salary was not voted on - secondly, you are apparently a shareholder right? I am sure you didn't go to the meeting, but I am assuming that you voted via Proxy?

If you have ever been to a shareholder meeting, you would know that all proxies generally total about 80-90% of the count prior to the meeting and the holders arriving at the meeting to have their votes taken are generally a formality anyway, as it has all been decided already. If you sent yours in then what's the issue, you have had your say!
