I've been thinking about TV2's B2B/B2C business model. You can sell the platform again and again and it won't cost them anything really. So you then need to weigh up the lifetime $ value of a B2C customer vs the cost to acquire that B2C customer.
The real beauty of TV2's model is that their cost to acquire B2C customers is non existent. All the marketing and sales is handled by the person who buys the platform. All they have to cover is the cost to acquire the B2B customer.
