if nothing else, this demonstrates how damn quickly and cheaply they can add a whole new region / market to the mix.
granted, if they went to market in NZ they would also need to add sales / support and regular capture. but given they already have operations in Aust and US, this is not hard.
similar to the US, the images from a single capture become great marketing collateral.
NZ is about the same size as the UK and Japan ...
and none of these countries have competition from the likes of Eagleview etc.
the ability to scale is fantastic. I don't know why they are trying so hard to crack a tough egg like the US, when there are probably easier wins out there.
I suppose if they can make it there, they'll make it anywhere ...
