Anyone know how the fee structure for holders of CTN will work? I don't know off hand what the management expense ratio (MER) of CTN is. Suppose it is 2% and the new entity is 2%. If CTN chips in $30M (15% of market CAP?), then will the MER of CTN remain at 2%, rather than drop to 0.85*2% as CTN are no longer managing 0.15 portion of the market CAP? Basically asking if there is a mechanism to keep MER fair for share-holders.
