The sweetener is the complimentary loyalty options you get (50%) of the shares issued to you at IPO. They vest in January 2016 and expire in March 2018.
As I understand it the options will also be listed after the vesting date.
But like others, I am weary of IPOs and like to see what I'm getting so to speak.
