This is crucially important. More important than latency performance (VoIP aside) is that it is easy to use (particularly for an IPhone user)..

IMO a huge portion of their audience just want CONVENIENCE. Don't worry about choosing the cheapest MVNO provider, or make it super cheap, just make it easy to use!!

Let people stick these things in their phones, make it easy for them and take the $10 USD per year!

The interesting part from an investment perspective is how the 1st sales update will go, and if they can drop a nice wholesale partnership as alluded to in the interview..

It can't be bad buying at 13.5c, still absolutely no volume in the stock and surely it has been dragged down along with ZIP & NOR.

Can you imagine what would happened to the NOR/ZIP share price if they had released an innovative product that was generating $$$ and had they still had a substantial amount of cash in the bank?
