We are aware of the Vodafone stability in Australia, and we have been checking with them to resolve this issue.
As for the high pings, we will check with our technical team to see if we can improve on this.
We truly appreciate your time and effort to provide these positive feedbacks, we are encouraged by them, and definitely motivated to seek improvements especially for X.
