I think the first three digits on the left "138" means "whole life prosperous" in cantonese (chinese dialect). I cannot believe there is 138000+ people subscribed because it just does not make sense. 300+ is believable especially when it is only 9 days since launching.
UNLESS, there are affiliations or distributions for FlexiroamX packages to hotels or other places just like what Jeff Ong said in his interview video in ITWire. If that is the case then, this is going to be huge.
