    yeh i just dont know - I havent read the announcement but I dont know if i will know any more than Denk, warrigals or wolflein!! does it mean we become like a vanguard index fund , but of litigation??

    Should not management actually try and manage the cases on behalf of us the shareholders; or are they really just acting like an insurance underwriter moreso than an index fund?
