I thought the same.

I reckon its the min amount in order to pay the 2mill. No 1 mill, no 2 mill. I like the plan in respect its doable. Not those previous crazy plans that are just too far fetched. This is believable.

Trying to be positive...its hard...but I was reading this last night and my thoughts are:

1) First to production wins. Some of these other mobs with a bizzillion tons will take 5 -6 years to production, and my guess is the spot price at that time will be less than half now. Their SPs will do the same.

2) Size doesnt matter. Economics do. If they get crazy good grades and shallow, the economics will make up for the size. The market would lose their sheet for grades over 4%. At a 8mill MC, if this whole plan comes off and they make it to production in the next 12 months, an 80mill MC wont be hard to achieve. 10 bagger. We dont need to be the next greenbushes for us all to bag out big.

3) I reckon the next trend for lithium is a grade war. Right now its who has the bigger strike, the bigger pegmatites etc. I reckon the next big thing will be grades, and they will start to be discovered that makes 1.5% not worth diggin up (in a stock trading sense). 3, 4 maybe even 8% will start to be discovered.

4) Argentina - They already produce alot of lithium, well mining in general. Logistics wont be a problem, and a heck of alot cheaper than North America or Aust.

5) The unknown unknowns. Thats the scary part with ol CG..
