Hi firsova, been a long haul this one for you. I use to follow it when CFE had a holding, think they sold awhile back?

Anyway just a couple of quick question
1. On the 45% LRS will have in WMR, are there any takeover provisions that they need to worry about, like in Australia going over 20% triggers some requirements?

2. I take it WMR doesn't have too much in the way of good projects themselves given you get 45% for a $6m transaction

3. Given the terrible trading at .4c - .5c do you think they should do a share consolidation to fix up the capital structure, I would suggest a 20 down to 1 consolidation would help liquidity. Like if I buy now and then am forced to sell I lose 20% just on the buy sell spread, so liquidity is an issue, could end up getting trapped at each level if price keeps going down.

4. After this deal is done what's the structure, available funds to do anything meaningful with remaining assets, I note they don't get much actual cash from this sale and shares are under lock for awhile.
