Same as so many exploration companies.
Required by ASX to make announcements on matters which can affect the share price.
When the things about which they make the announcements do not eventuate or are delayed, the ASX apparently does not require them to report or update the market.
If the "event" requires an announcement then the "non event" should also require an announcement!
What an illogical half arsed system we have!
