There isn’t any information really about the deal as we had a binding agreement with LPD formally PLP in 2016 for a year and payment to use the L-max tech was to be paid with shares.

LRS just didn’t honour the deal as there was a war between LPD and LIT.

LIT tried taking over LPD and failed and sold their stake in LPD for millions. It was romoured LIT would invest that money in LRS! Not sure if they did or not.

LPD are now using their L-max tech with galaxy and it’s going well.

Techs being used by all 3 are

LPD: L-max
LIT: Sileach
LRS: Uncuyo

LPD tech works very well and can extract lithium from most materials.

LIT tech is apparently more toxic than LPD’s tech so I don’t think they’re in competition at all and LRS’s tech if proven apparently doesn’t use any toxic chemicals so it may be a winner, if proven that is.
