CG also indicated in March 2017 that the concessions were imminent and at least 3 times since,it is now April 2018,still have not got them.CG states in numerous announcements that we are 100% HOLDERS OF THESE CONCESSIONS , yet we do not have the clearance of San Luis authority or EIR . Leave the JV till after we have these concessions.
