Have a look at CDG at their Premier Gold Project with about 89,000 oz at 1.43g/t and they have built the mine for about $5 million. The cash flow and OPEX for a mine in Brazil has very different dynamics than Oz.

Lookng at the IGS (Brazil) grades reported at widths this potentially could prove up a mine cash flow senario whilst paying its way for a big discovery !

The share price in IGS situation I belive is a result of poor management, not enough market information or promotion, but at this time I dont think ramping the SP is needed but a more aggressive explortion program !!
