Well, and IMO, any company and it's CS's worth their salt would now come out and clarify this issue once and for all, but hey, we are talking about CTP here and their openness with their shareholders.
After all, one has just to look at their past records to quickly come up with a resolution.
Why don't you write to the CS"s, especially the one which is most probably wearing two hats, ad ask them/him about it. Don't hold your breath though.
