Let's think it in this way.

These tenements have been drilled and explored by some majors in the past and they left them for someone else to worry about it. If they had any good promises, none of the majors would have left them and looked elsewhere to make some good money out of it.

That is most possibly why someone has been able to accumulate huge amounts of land sometime ago. If they were any good, they wouldn't have become available to anyone else. Dyor!!

Think about this one too. Why would STO sell out from two of these tenements if they were very good and promising in the immediate future when they are screaming for O&G they can get.??

I rest my case on that one.

I do like that salesmanship comment you've made in that post of your though. It only confirms what I have been trying to share and convey with the forum for many years.
