There is little chance a GSA will be agreed before 1st July. Even if one is agreed the GSA will not have anything to do with the NGP. The transportation will be a separate contract between the buyer and the pipeliners. I recall RC saying something along these lines at shareholders meeting. Reserves won’t be certified before the date anyway. Im guessing when the GMRG have their final guidelines out at the end of April this year the i’s can be dotted on the GSA’s and pipeline agreements ready for reserve cert. anyone have any thoughts to share of how things might play out?
