    Guys, LT holder. Closely follow the blogs but don't post much. Quick question for one of the more learned geo folks;

    1) we know the grades from first 5 holes were overall low with only a few spots of interest (funnily enough around 35m depth and > 1.5-2%Li)
    2) the first 5 holes were centered around the old open and underground mining areas
    3) we're now drilling / testing the dumps (from the old mining operations)

    So the honest question I have is, can the dump grades be any different (on average) to the core grades if they all come from the same area if you follow me...

    From the siting map of the remaining 20 holes, they're all over the place on the Las Tapias footprint so who knows what grades we may hit (clearly there's high Li bands under that hill somewhere - so I've got everything crossed that the outlying holes are a little richer) but I'm just curious about the dumps at in this post.

    Surely the management wouldnt be throwing good money after bad on testing the dumps if they didn't have a hunch something decent was down there and as a previous poster said; easier / cost effective to mine etc.

    Welcome any thoughts from those who know more about this stuff than me!
