I still don't see any possible solutions for the previous conundrum.. ie Chinova/Stark exits.
What price should ERM/EVN management have offered to buy back their shares when they were trading at 5c and 17c respectively?
Why would they have accepted say 5c and 17c knowing that they would increase as the SP rallied, and they would realize a higher price on their sale through selling into rallies?
How would you feel as an ERM/EVN shareholder a buy back at a higher price than market?
(because they'd have to offer a better price than market, surely?)
I can't see a solution?
Methinks you should offer to lend ERM management your magic wand.
