Quirkus - As I said if you can't prevent a major shareholder from selling you need to do something to minimise the impact. 50m shares at 5c is $2.5m - at the time we had more than double that in cash with EVN funding all exploration - why not buy some or all the shares back and if you have to pay a premium so be it? EVN have even deeper pockets.
Even if between ERM and EVN the had taken just 20m of the 50m shares it would have made a massive difference.
Sh!t happens, good management finds a solution.
