I am not going to confuse your fundamentals with the technicals and at this point that's not what the recent buying is suggesting.
The probabilities of a move up are far greater than a move down.
From 13 -3.4 is a long way down, recent consolidation and buying is offering the probability of movement forward from here.
Most occasions you would never know the reason why.
