11g/t isn't too bad considering average Australian mine grades are only about 1g/t.
That being said the 11g/t was only from a rock chip sample.
Dont know if 155ppb is high for a soil anomaly, geologist input anyone??
Although if my maths is right anything greater than 1000ppb and you could mine the soil anomaly instead!!!!
I read one of the previous reports from this area and it seems they are hoping this anomaly might be due a porphyry body at depth.
If that is the case then they are probably hoping for a big fat copper porphyry with the gold as an added bonus.
Also saw lots of other "red blobs" on their soil sampling diagram and so it looks like
there are plenty of other targets in the area.
Depending on the drilling this is either gonna tank big time or go through the roof.
