I think what Steve meant to say is, you will be notified if you qualify for the offer.
Usually are required to hold a minimum amount of shares by (X date) specified.
And remember, it's only 1 for 5, meaning 1 000 000 qualifying shares are required to enable a purchase of 200 000 for $4000. Not a whole lot really.
