yep that was obvious and always on the cards. just need to have a look at how/why/when the Mexican partners "resigned" from the "partnership" and the reasons why were always somewhat vague but reading between the lines back then it was always obvious that they would be coming back to play hardball. and yes I totally agree that they have found a "sympathetic" party who they may be bankrolling and providing other financial assistance to go down the path it is going. IMO they will be putting into place other "hurdles" in relation to this. all IMO
