Because I for example take this announcement as a warning in disguise. Didn't you notice how "2014" suddenly slipped in? Wasn't that 2013 until just recently, even Q1 2013? What happened to it?

For some reason they changed from open pit to underground and now have to amend their plans and approvals. Once this is achieved, those amendments and modifications have to be incorporated into the BFS. To me this sounds like massive delays to the original plan which btw was to have the BFS ready by the end of January. Why did they change from open pit to underground to begin with? It all remains unexplained as far as I can see.
