Agree Taboud. Its not often I actually look forward to a Company doing a Cap raise, but this could turn out to be one of the more productive ones.
Heres my take on a perfect storm scenario for this CR. Not in any particular order of importance, but these are the kind of things that will generate some movement.
Offer to all SH's at around 9.5-10 cents (This both rewards the longer term holders but doesn't dilute the register too much)
Directors take up their full entitlement (Positive message to the market on the project's potential)
Larger shareholders take up their full entitlement (as above ..... and the larger the Cap raise and the more money the big players are prepared to put up will tell us a LOT about the ACTUAL potential of what we have in the ground)
If this plays out the way I expect, we will see all of the above, followed by a not too distant announcement of some stellar drill results ....
Anyone who didn't notice the preliminary results from "Hyena" and its relationship to the Nicholson North should have another look! It has the potential to add 30%+ to the project's bottom line in quick time.
The Hyena trend links actual DRILL results of "[email protected] g/tonne Au with consistent rock chips over a WIDE area of 30+ g/tonne Au ..... Don't discount the fact that management called this new trend "Hyena" because they were quietly "laughing" to themselves when they started seeing what was there!!
In my view, this cap raise will be well subscribed and set the platform for what will end up being a very well run Company over the next few years ... and management have done a fine job in my view.
