You don't live in Gippsland Charlie, obversely. Urban dweller are we? Stating that Gippsland is "waste land" is a little rude to the locals in our area. A lot of irrigation in this area, and yes, a little more rain would be good for the dry land, as the paddocks do have grass and crops which need to grow.
