"They conduct DHEM and now want to drill those new zones instead of the established targets. Translation: “The original target is crud, but we have these electromagnetic anomalies that might be better.”
As far as I understand how DHEM works it is generated down a drill hole - so they get a 3m intersection of good copper, stick a probe down and it "looks" away from that intersection to see where there might be better more massive copper lodes - the current runs along the copper lodes and veins. If they get a response it means there is a better copper "plate" or lode just off the hole. So to me that makes a very good reason to follow up DHEM, and thats why they use the techniqie in the first place.
