It's clear that they weren't being 100% accurate in their updates, or that they had the permits but were waiting for the drilling targets to be confirmed.
Either way looking at the timelines outlined we're not getting drilling results until May / June for the 1st round of drilling let alone the 3rd phase of exploration which will require more money.
So with that said, my clock is now ticking 1 week to prepare the site and so drilling should be starting a week today ? Atleast there is progress, albeit very slow indeed.
