The rising cost of power in Indonesia isn't something that can be changed by wishful thinking.
The reality is that PLN are installing diesel generators and the cost of running them is US$0.29c/KWh (that is an all up price, the price of diesel fuel alone is US$0.20/KWh at US$70/barrel) . How  long do you think that Indonesian Gov't will subsidize the price for GMC's power?
