    There is a moratorium on Mn ore with grade less than 49% in all of Indonesia.

    But the new 2012 law, if the grade is above 49% concentrate then it can be exported.

    Concentrate means according to EPSM in Jakarta crushing and screening, but this has not been seen in writing yet. That is very important.
